My name is Jan and I come from the Czech Republic, a small country lying right in the middle of Europe. I've been in martial arts for more than 2 decades as a student, instructor, coach and since 2014 also as an athlete, pursuing my own sports career.

For many years my original style had been traditional karate. With stenuous practice in creative and musical forms, not before long I switched to the korean art of tang soo do which suits this purpose just fine.

My favourite weapon is double nunchaku but I also incorporate sword, bo staff and kamas into my creative forms.
